CONGEX began life in 1998 to meet the need for Supplier Enablement services to support the rapid growth of eProcurement initiatives.

A natural growth period followed where success in Supplier Enablement and Catalogue Management lead to broader scoped initiatives in BOP including Supply Chain Optimisation, Data Management and Change Management.
